Skydiving is not for the faint of heart but for a Chicago area 82-year-old, a bucket list trumped trepidation.
Lindy Pond is a resident of the Oak Trace senior living community in Downers Grove. Awhile back she signed up for a lunch excursion offered by Oak Trace in which residents were to take a field trip to Rochelle to watch skydivers.
But Pond had more on her mind than a sandwich.
